Excellent Stay with Fantastic Views
spacious room wide bathroom helpful staff
The room was spacious and perfect for our family. It featured a wide bathroom with a very nice big shower. The living room was nice and the balcony offered a great sea view. Staff members, especially those working at the pool bar, were very helpful.
The evening meal choices could be improved, as I had expected more variety.

Breakfast had many options available to guests. The dinner service required you to pay for drinks separately, even water. The pool bar offered great service and a friendly atmosphere to guests.

Our suite included two and a half bathrooms for our convenience. The suite had two balconies that offered ample space and sunlight. The three beds made the space ideal for accommodating everyone.

The hotel offered a direct lift to a quiet beach for easy access. The location allowed easy exploration of the island by car. Two nice beaches are nearby, Playa de Cura and Playa de Tauro.

fantastic stay with minor hiccups
sea views easy access good restaurants
i enjoyed the lovely sea views from the balcony. the lift provided easy access to the beach. a spar shop was nearby, a short walk away, as were some good restaurant options. the room itself felt roomy, perfect for two people for our stay, although a third person could manage for a shorter time.
the room cleaning only happened three times during the week. towel changes were limited, with extra changes costing €2.5 per towel. using the safe in the room also incurred a daily charge of €2.

The staff helped me book an airport transfer through a partner agency. It was very convenient. the reception personnel were particularly helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. a staff member speaks german, a helpful addition.

the junior suite provided ample space. the sea view from the room was a great bonus. the cleanliness was consistent throughout our stay. i found everything very tidy!

The location is near amadores beach but notably quieter. it offers a general ambiance i liked very much. the hotel is close to the sea, so reaching it is easy with the lift. It is a very useful feature.

The room included a fridge and kettle. I found a sink useful for washing dishes. The pool area offered many sun loungers. The reception staff gave friendly and helpful service when I needed something. I appreciated their assistance.
The gym has old machines. The beach is reachable via a lift. The sunbeds at the beach need replacing. I find no toilets or cafes at the beach a problem.

The room included air conditioning in both rooms. A big terrace had sea and surrounding views. The room had good equipment. Cleanliness was notable. I appreciated the comfortable setup.
