a tender memory by the sea
spacious room modern room high floor friendly staff
the beautiful double room with its sea view was spacious and modern. it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! we requested a high floor room and it was quiet. the level of service really stood out to me. i found the staff so professional and friendly.

The food was amazing with lots of choices at the restaurants, food court and buffet. staff were happy to accommodate dietary needs. there was a lasting impression at the people's restaurant. The service was professional.

The swimming pool is large. It is heated! the bars are excellent, especially the beach and lobby areas. a great selection of water activities are available. Outdoor options exist. the grounds were beautiful!

Guest relations diana and ahmet were helpful! i found nouf and soumaya to be very attentive to our needs. the staff is kind. They go above and beyond to ensure the guests' comfort. the whats app assistants did a great job!

the hotel has a large room size and diverse restaurants i found a clean beach the staff ensures children's safety and comfort plus there is a coffee machine with capsules in the room
restaurant reservations can be booked online from 10 am but were difficult to get at 10 35 am
