fantastic stay
good service helpful staff inclusive perk warm pool
this hotel provided very good service. the staff, especially Violeta Venera, were helpful. i was grateful for the great experience. the all inclusive perk and warm pool was amazing.
I found one slight issue. this caused me to pay for two children extra.

the room included a large bed and a small bed. the balcony allowed natural air into the room. the winter heating was very comfortable and not excessive.

the hotel is near practical stores for daily needs. a Migros supermarket nearby allowed easy purchase of groceries. the private beach was clean and inviting for relaxation.

the staff were attentive, generous, and smiling always. cleanliness throughout the spa was high. Mrs Violeta assisted us, as did Venera Gorkem.

the restaurant menu options catered to vegetarians. i enjoyed the tea and coffee offerings. the dining experience was very pleasurable. i ate at the chinese restaurant, a very enjoyable dining experience.

the hotel is only 25 minutes from the airport. there were shops across the street, with affordable goods. the hotel location is good for quick access.

adequate stay with shortcomings
musty smell inconsistent service
the room was not up to expectations it smelled musty and the air conditioning was subpar. i also encountered inconsistent service at the restaurants the wait staff seemed more attentive to some guests than others. securing a sunbed by the pool proved difficult people reserved them early and left them unattended for hours. this made it hard to relax by the pool when sunbeds were supposedly available

The staff provided great service. Violeta was especially helpful with her recommendations and reservations.
The air-conditioning had a horrible smell. The room was dated, and the beds were hard. I found this disappointing.
