The hotel grounds LOOKED very well maintained. I noticed the staff worked hard keeping everything clean. The room included a minibar and some amenities like straighteners. It WAS good that service around the pool provided drinks quickly.
They filled up very FAST at 9am. The food quality seemed average to me even though many restaurants are available. I found there to be a massive meat display, and I felt close to vomiting.

The food was fantastic, offering great variety at the buffet restaurant! i appreciated the several bars and lounges. The drinks were consistently well-prepared. the grounds are spacious and beautiful. I liked the well kept gardens and the easy beach access, perfect for enjoying the seaside breeze. i found the staff helpful and kind.
I encountered issues securing reservations at my preferred times. despite this, the overall experience was very positive.

The beautiful room side sea view featured modern decor and two comfortable beds. The balcony offered a partial view of the sea. amenities included a mini-bar restocked daily and a large tv. It was convenient.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, including one designated for children and another with water slides. A wide range of activities are available. the spa offers various treatments, like massages and facials. I booked a very calming treatment.

The hotel is situated near several shops and restaurants. A short taxi ride is needed to reach the main city center. it is close enough for easy access but far enough for a tranquil environment. The location was very suitable.

I found the hotel clean, the staff were attentive. transport arrangements were efficient! they answered all my questions promptly. food options are plentiful, entertainment is readily available. i especially enjoyed darts and archery. The animation team led these activities daily!
the online check-in process did not function. this was a minor inconvenience.
