wonderful hotel stay
very nice food variety daily cleaning comfortable seating
the food variety was very nice i appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities the staff were consistently helpful and smiling they provided a fruit basket and soft drinks as a welcome gift. our bedrooms were cleaned daily the housekeeping staff also changed the sheets when asked they provided adequate toiletries. the outdoor heated pool was a highlight i enjoyed the cinema with its comfortable seating and the amon spa offered wonderful massages with professional staff.
the air conditioning in the hallway was constantly running even when it was cool outside this was a bit unnecessary.

food variety food options large rooms relaxing spaces poor communication separate beds coolant issue
the food variety was good. i liked that the food options changed often. the rooms were large and clean. the hotel had many spaces to relax and enjoy a drink (there was always something available).
it took three days for the staff to move me to a room with one big bed. the ac in my room ran out of coolant a couple times and i woke up in a puddle of sweat.

food variety helpful staff heated pool
the hotel featured blocks like a small town center. the food variety was very nice, and the staff were very helpful and smiling. the outdoor heated pool was great and the cinema had comfy armchairs.
During check-in, one of our rooms wasn't ready. the standard double room had a double bed, not two single ones. the hotel rooms looked old. It was not worth the money i paid.

bad food quality painful experience
the family room was spacious enough for my needs it met my basic expectations for the price i paid
the food was not great i found the ingredients were of bad quality it lacked flavor the vegetarian options were limited this made it difficult for me to enjoy the meals i often ate the same salad daily the spa visit was awful the nail technician cut my nails very short without asking it was a painful experience
