The hotel is in a fantastic central location. I walked to many tourist attractions. Breakfast offered a great selection, including fresh food. The room was clean. Check-in had no issues. I appreciated the ability to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The street was noisy at night. I think the hotel should address this. Because it slightly detracted from my stay.

The staff was helpful with directions. Staff provided quick responses to requests for extra towels. The bell service also stored our bags efficiently before check-in, and they stored our bags after check-out. The service was very effective.

The location was excellent for accessing various attractions. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bar staff were great and provided excellent service. My room was lovely and clean. I appreciated the daily upkeep.
I noticed a weird smell in my room, a bit off-putting. The check-in procedure felt inefficient. My request wasn't met. The Wi-Fi was unstable.
