small roomnatural light
i had hoped for a better experience. the room felt quite small. the lack of natural light was also a problem, it made the room feel a bit claustrophobic

The staff provided amazing service. farah and helen were kind. i enjoyed unlimited drinks downstairs. As a hot chocolate addict, this was perfect for me. the views from the window were amazing.
The ironing board was worn out and had a tear. there were tea bags but no kettle. i had problems with house keeping. The beds were made differently everyday.

The location was very convenient. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff offered excellent service. The breakfast selection included fresh pastries and fruit.
The room was quite small. It was hard to move around with luggage. I often waited several minutes for it.

The staff members were very friendly! The breakfast buffet had good quality products.
My room was noisy since it faced the street. I could hear the subway passing almost all night. The towels smelled like wet rags. Outrageous!
