charmed by every single detail
friendly staffholiday decorationsattentive service
i found the staff friendly and helpful at all times the gym has updated equipment. hawksworth's restaurant provided a stellar dining experience i found the service attentive and the food delicious. i particularly appreciated the festive holiday decorations throughout the premises they created a very inviting atmosphere

the room featured palatino leather items throughout offering a touch of luxury it also had fresh flowers enhancing the quality of the space. a nespresso machine was available for coffee and diptyque bathing goods added to the elegant experience.

adequately equipped gymnon-functioning air conditioningwarm room
the gym was adequately equipped.
the air conditioning did not function. i found the room temperature had risen to 24°c. the technician tried to fix it, but the room remained uncomfortably warm.

the gym offered modern equipment. it included three treadmills. the complimentary bottled water was greatly appreciated. breakfast at the 1927 lounge featured tasty omelets.
