convenient and well-kept lodging
central location polite staff clean facility nice bedding
The location was central, providing easy access to numerous amenities. Polite staff were helpful. the facility looked clean and well maintained throughout my stay. underground parking was available, though spaces felt a bit snug for a larger vehicle! i found the bedding to be quite nice.
the hotel charged for toothbrush and toothpaste, even after the room was already paid.

While i did not personally use the kitchen facility, it looked complete with a functional layout. There were several good-rated restaurants located very close by that added to the appeal of the hotel.

the staff were friendly and helpful, even offering umbrellas when it rained. tommy proved very cute and served as a reliable guide , providing directions and suggestions.

A hot tub was available apart from the shower. the rooms were spacious with functional kitchens and a balcony was included. The building was well maintained!

uncomfortable mattress poor customer service
the location was convenient, close to many restaurants and the shuttle stop, helpful.
The mattress proved uncomfortable. I experienced back pain afterwards. the staff said i COULD extend my checkout time by calling in the morning, I arranged our schedule based on this. When I called, they said it was not possible. the room had a hot tub but no slippers. Slippers cost extra.

great stay in convenient location
helpful staff great location bike storage
the staff was very nice and greeted us with a smile. the location is superb, and i could walk to everything i needed. the hotel offers secure bike storage and a bike cleaning station. i found this really convenient, and it added to the positive experience.
I booked based on the amenities listed. the fireplace was not working. i was told fireplaces are shut off for the summer. the front desk couldn't show me where this policy was stated, and no compensation was offered. that was disappointing.

Tons of restaurants are super close. This made dining very easy and accessible. i found many options within a short walk, and i enjoyed the variety. it added to the convenience of the location.

the hotel was really perfect for my needs! it was close to a park, so it was very easy to walk my pup. this, especially for morning strolls.

I had a fireplace and kitchenette which was a plus. The large spa tub was also great. the room had nice rates and the bed was comfortable. the outdoor heated pool was a nice feature, too!
