The hotel location are great. It made it easy to come back during the day to drop off things before another activity. The bed are large and it was comfortable. I found the pillows supportive, I slept well.
The staff aren't very professional. I got an inside room. It had a lot of air con noise. It was hard for me to sleep. The bathroom fan ran constantly, what a bother.

i found the location quite central, close to many attractions. the staff was really nice and helpful whenever i had a request. the room was very clean, which i appreciated. the train station to sintra was also nearby.

i found the room cleaning to be very good. the hotel location made it easy to reach many attractions. the staff was very friendly and efficient. i thought it was a good choice for a short city break.
I experienced some noise from the side street, which continued until the early hours. several souvenir shops nearby added to the noise. It might be an issue for light sleepers.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there were many options in the area. many nearby establishments provide diverse culinary experiences, which i found convenient and satisfying.

the hotel's location is in the heart of the centre with bars, restaurants, and shops all within the immediate vicinity. walking distance to all of the main tourist attractions was certainly a plus.

The shower design was flawed. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time i showered. the street noise was considerable at night. It affected my sleep due to thin windows.

The location of the hotel is good for accessing transport links.
I experienced some issues. There was a distinctly unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom, quite off-putting. The air conditioning automatically shuts off when you leave the room.
