The location was indeed very handy for getting into town with guaranteed parking (quite a relief!). the room was also super clean and i enjoyed a lovely breakfast. There were plenty of choices.
The bedroom happened to be quite small. the bathroom was also a bit tiny. I guess it's due to the size of the building.

The breakfast offered a great selection. the location was convenient, near local amenities. ample off-road parking was available. I FOUND it useful.
The room i stayed in was rather small. moving around felt a bit cramped. I had DIFFICULTY moving. also, there weren't enough electrical outlets near the bed. this made charging my devices inconvenient.
