stocked shop helpful shuttle private beach
i found the grocery shop stocked a wide variety of items, convenient for quick purchases. the hotel offered a helpful shuttle service to dubai mall and the metro. i also enjoyed the access to the private beach.
the pool area sometimes got a little crowded with families and children.

the staff was polite and gave me a late check out, which i really appreciated. i found the reception staff helpful, especially when i had questions about local attractions. the room service was quick and efficient.

the breakfast offered many options, so i had plenty to choose from (especially the pancakes!). i saw there was a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. a supermarket is also available.

even the standard rooms were quite spacious. the rooms offer nice interior design and attention to sustainability. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and i slept well. i also found the shower to be very clean.

underwhelming stay due to Noise and cleanliness ISSUES
dirty bedsheets unclean beach
Our 'rover room shuttle service to dubai mall private beach' room was not very clean, especially the bedsheets and toilets. they Did not provide tissues initially. We had to ask for them. the beach was also not clean. Walking and swimming WASN'T enjoyable.

shuttle bus great staff
i found the location ideal. it was outside the center. this made it easy to participate in arab health. a shuttle bus service was available and the staff were really good.
the food WAS disgusting. the breakfast had little taste. i tried several items over four days. i skipped the last day.

I was a bit disappointed. the room seemed quite small for what i paid. It started early each morning. i expected a quieter stay, but the constant hammering and drilling made it hard to relax. it definitely affected the overall experience.

complimentary water free shuttle
the hotel provides complimentary water everywhere, including the room and beach. water was replenished daily. they offer a free shuttle to the future museum and dubai mall at scheduled times.
the exaggerated seriousness of the staff, it's rare to see a smiling staff member there. i don't know why they behave like that.
