the hotel is centrally located. it is close to many attractions. the breakfast included a great selection of items. i particularly enjoyed the homemade jams (they had a unique flavor!).
the room i booked faced the street. there was significant noise from a nearby bar (it was quite disruptive). i found the bathroom facilities to be somewhat lacking. the toiletries were not what i expect from a hotel of this class.

The location was really central near shops and the cathedral.
The room was too warm since the air conditioning did not work correctly it just blew warm air. I found dust in several places indicating poor cleaning. Also I had to pay extra for parking and was not informed of the cost upfront it ended up being quite expensive.

the location was central to everything the helpful staff quickly stored my luggage upon arrival the room was a king's suite it had ample space i liked the homemade jams at breakfast a thoughtful touch the queen's garden setting was really good the chandelier was beautiful i could feel like in bond movie in this hotel.
