staff allocated the room i asked for. it was a relief.
the hot and cold water pipes were incorrectly fitted to the mixer tap. the water temperature randomly spiked to 80 degrees. i was concerned about scalding myself.

i booked two rooms and a table for dinner. i must say the food was great. i liked the attentive service we got at the restaurant. the staff really made sure we had everything we needed during our meal.
the room i stayed in had a wall directly outside the window. it wasn't a nice view. i thought i should have been informed about it at the reception upon arrival.

I found the staff accommodating. I was. The bedroom was especially nice. I also thought the building possessed a quaint and historic charm.
I noticed the room had a wall immediately outside the window. There was nothing to observe at all.

The check-in process was super efficient, and the staff were helpful. The bar had a great atmosphere. Breakfast and the evening meal were both superb!!!
Some lights in the bathroom didn't work, so it was a bit dim in there.
