a charming stay!
perfect location awesome view lovely service attentive staff
The location is perfect, very close to the souk and marina. the hotel design is quite attractive and the room had an awesome view! the bar staff provided service that was lovely. They were attentive and friendly. the staff contributed greatly to making my stay nice.
The minibar was empty. I found this a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast included fresh juices and fruits. Made-to-order omelets were available too. moroccan tea was served in the well-kept garden. The service was professional. a vast choice of buffet breakfast and its honeycombs are highlights.

The pool area is spacious. It is nicely designed for relaxation. the hotel has gardens. They are beautifully maintained. a well-equipped gym had water bottles and fresh towels available.

The room was spacious and offered very nice views. the bed was very comfortable. The linens felt fresh. clean towels were provided daily. The decor felt modern.

The staff was cute, i felt at home immediately! the staff speaks multiple languages. Communication was easy. the staff went out of their way to. This created a lasting memory for me.

I found the breakfast selection excellent. i enjoyed many fresh pastries and juices. the staff were great. They made sure i had everything i needed.
The service at the pool was slow. I had to get drinks myself! the room service menu lacked variety. i found the iced coffee tasted different each time i ordered it!

pool oasis breakfast station romantic start
The room was a view beautiful king pool side view. It felt quite spacious. the pool area was a lovely oasis with impeccably maintained grounds. the breakfast was excellent with a waffle station.
the gym music volume was a bit too high sometimes.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
inconsistent housekeeping rationed items
The location near the beach was convenient for exploring the area.
Housekeeping was inconsistent . I frequently needed to request basic items such as water and coffee, also strictly rationed. This was frustrating and not the standard I expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber (I have stayed at better places).
