the hotel's location was great with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the buffet restaurant featured a great variety of options. i enjoyed the swimming pool and the helpful animation team. the beach was close.
The gym's opening hours could be more convenient for early risers. It opened later than i preferred.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They provided prompt and efficient service. reception staff assisted me smoothly with my check-in and check-out process! also, the room service was consistently punctual.

the hotel boasts a good-sized pool reaching a depth of 2 meters, suitable for both relaxation and recreation. evening entertainment was great with talented professional dancers in the theatre. the hotel provided a varied selection of drinks at the main bar!

the hotel featured a great entertainment staff and an excellent location! my room, a spacious standard room near the main reception, included a separate living area. there was a nice variety of food available in the restaurants. i found the variety amazing!
the all inclusive didn't include beer in the night club though spirits were included!

The standard rooms have two separate sinks. the rainfall shower worked very well. the beds are soft. They helped me sleep well. the room provided ample space for luggage storage.

the service was fast and efficient. requests were handled promptly, and staff members were consistently available. they offered services in both english and french.

the gym is well-equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa has a sauna. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. free wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, including the rooms.

the staff was friendly. at least some of them were.
the rooms were old, a problem. the lighting was dim and made it hard to see. there was also no proper air conditioning, made the room uncomfortable.

this hotel was very clean. the staff work hard to. the room i had was family, very close to the pool area. the cleaning lady was amazing she cleaned the room every day to a very high standard.
my only small negative is that the all-inclusive doesn't include beer in the night club, but spirits are included. you can get beer from the hotel bar and take it to the night club. it seemed odd.

the hotel grounds are kept very well by excellent gardeners. the grounds look beautiful with cats, kittens and tortoises around. the animals are cute and keep guests entertained.

the food was varied and had culture. i saw a tagine dish prepared by one of the entertainment staff during the day. the buffet had lots of options for all meals and all inclusive drinks were available.

the rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. the hotel has a living room area too, very spacious. the cleaner did a very good job and she was friendly and smiley.

the hotel is close to the beach with a great vibe. there are a lot of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby the hotel. it's good to walk along the beach with the sound of the waves.
