i found a beautiful setting near the sea. the hotel offered a calm and large space. there was many places outdoors for hanging out. the staff were relaxed and friendly.
the shower drain wasn't working properly. i saw two cockroaches in the shower in the evening. this was a slight concern.

The breakfast service lacked basic items. Cups were often missingwith queues. butter was unavailable for the first two days, and food wasn't replenished promptly. i found it difficult to get cutlery, particularly spoons. this significantly detracted from the experience.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The hotel's location directly on the beach was a highlight. I enjoyed the convenience of the walking path running along the shore for kilometers. My room featured great views of the pool area and sea from its balcony. The breakfast had plenty of good options (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!).
The service in the restaurants was slow. I noticed staff seemed under-resourced during the holiday period, which impacted response times.

quality foodfriendly staff
i particularly enjoyed the food quality (everything was fresh). the hotel has direct access to the beach, a very short walk from my room. also, the light interior added to the calm atmosphere. the front office staff were especially friendly and cute.

the breakfast offered a great variety it was a real highlight. i particularly enjoyed the dining experience at the moroccan restaurant. the swimming pool was big enough and there was a dedicated playground for kids.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly in both rooms and several attempts were made to fix it. small flies were present in the bathrooms. we had to keep asking to get our room serviced every day.
