The location was very nice. It was close to popular attractions and in the heart of the Royal Mile. I was able to cook simple meals since the hotel had all the essentials needed. The room was very clean. It was also really easy to locate.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. It could be challenging for some people with mobility issues.

The room was beautiful. The room was so nice. It was bigger than the photos. The exposed walls and castle vibe were perfect for my taste. i nabbed the room for a last minute price and that was very nice
The stairs were a bit difficult. It is a very old building. there was no storage space for clothes. A small wardrobe would be very convenient.

The provided wifi worked perfectly. The microwave, hob, sink and fridge made preparing simple meals easy. There was also coffee and tea available, as well as biscuits, a nice touch.

the spiral staircase to the upper floors was a bit challenging with luggage.

the location works. it is a 5 minute walk to the castle entrance. the hotel has everything i need. i got easy self check in and out. everything was in easy walking distance.
the medieval stairs lead to the room. they were almost too hard with my heavy backpack.

communication was prompt and helpful. i received a confirmation text early, which i appreciated. the room featured a high standard of decoration and the bathroom was immaculate. accessing the apartments was easy due to clear instructions for finding the key.
the stairs were a challenge for me. my room was on one of the higher floors, and the spiral staircase aggravated my motion sickness each time i used it. there was no storage space for clothes.
