Wonderful stay!

The room size was adequate. The staff was both helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered excellent choices, I found. My room became available early. The bathroom products smelled nice.

The hotel benefits from a superb location near many restaurants. It is located close to Covent Garden and the theatre district. This proximity allows easy access to dining and entertainment venues, it is very convenient.

Maria D provided excellent breakfast service. She was attentive and warm. Douglas Reid, the doorman, always helped us get a cab. The yogurt station at breakfast had loads of toppings!!!

birthday upgradeafternoon teashower headcold towel rack
parvez greeted me warmly at the desk. i mentioned it was my birthday and he upgraded my room. afternoon tea was divine and i enjoyed a drink in the monkey bar.
The bathroom shower had a fancy design i had to figure out. The shower head wasn't great so i stood very close to get wet. the heated towel rack remained cold. No one knew that a hot shower heated it. that was disappointing.
