Charming Highland Stay!

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I received an excellent welcome on arrival. On departure, I was thanked for my custom. The WiFi was very good.
The bar area looked dated. It could use some refurbishment, as it felt dark and uninviting.

Dinner was very good and plentiful with a varied menu. The breakfast buffet included hot and cold options. Fresh coffee was served at the table, and staff were attentive during the meal service. The food tasted great!

the room was quite spacious. the bed offered good comfort, i slept soundly. the bathroom seemed modern and well kept. the staff assisted with leaving my car in the car park after checkout, useful to allow a boat ride.
The toiletries were limited to shower gel fixed to the shower wall plus a small bar of soap at the sink. I should have taken my own.

the location was convenient for exploring the area.
the hotel felt quite dated. the walls seemed thin, and noise was a problem as i could hear coughing from the next room. this impacted my sleep. a towel rail fell off in the bathroom when i put a towel on it.
