lovely afternoon tea and top-tier staff

i arrived early and the staff made great efforts to get me into my room! it had complimentary snacks and soft drinks which was really nice. the afternoon tea was a lovely touch. the staff demonstrated scottish hospitality at its finest.
The room was nice! though it was on the small side. This impacted my overall experience.

The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices! it included multiple courses, and the food was excellent. the coffee could have been filtered better to avoid coffee grounds.

The staff were attentive and provided a warm welcome! they were very friendly. They was great with their attention to detail and top-tier scottish hospitality, though sometimes it took some time to find assistance.

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms have comfortable beds and well-equipped, lovely bathrooms, even though some minor details, like the toilet flush, felt a bit cheap for this level.

The staff were pretty good too accommodate my early arrival at 11 AM. They managed to get me into my Chic Room sooner than expected. I found this thoughtful. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks were a great addition. I appreciated the afternoon tea and cocktail hour. The beds were also comfy!!!
My only minor issue was the lack of an elevator. It proved slightly inconvenient when I was carrying my luggage upstairs. A lift would definitely improve accessibility for all guests.

The hotel offered close proximity to several restaurants, about a ten-minute walk. The hotel is in a very ideal place, not too far from some main attractions. I loved the area a lot.

the hotel does not have an elevator, which could be difficult with mobility issues.
