The breakfast offered fresh fruit and a complete cooked breakfast. I really appreciated it. We booked afternoon tea and the gluten-free options were quite tasty. I especially enjoyed the scones.
The restaurant service was lacking attentiveness, although the staff was nice.

accommodating team nice experience fun activity
the entire team were very accommodating, i think the team were really nice too ensure all of the guests had a nice experience. we had an artist deliver an art class, it was very fun.
our room was located right outside the lift so there was some slight noise.

the hotel location allows exploration of the city centre by foot, convenient. the surrounding area is beautiful, i was very pleased. i could easily reach the city center.

the room was immaculate and very clean. the staff showed us to our room and explained how to use some of the amenities.
My room was near the elevator. I found it slightly noisy.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the room featured a separate wc and a spacious bathroom with a strong shower. the food was AMAZING!!!

added surcharges small potatoes
my christmas meal was quite disappointing. the winter vegetable salad lacked comte cheese, and the monkfish main consisted of two small pieces. the side of new potatoes cost £6 for only five miniature potatoes, a significant overcharge.

warm welcome helpful front desk excellent service
The staff offered a warm welcome. the front desk was helpful with dinner reservations. the rooms were clean and well kept. My wife's jacket was dried and returned promptly after being caught in the rain. i found the quick service to be excellent.
the dim lighting in the restaurant made reading the menu difficult.
