comfortable stay with minor issue
big bed comfortable bed cozy room
i found the bed surprisingly big and comfortable! the room felt quite cozy and cute. it was very convenient to see the christmas celebrations near midtown. my husband and i had the king one bedroom suite and we had breakfast in the living room.
the check in process was basic. there was no proper welcome or warmth. i almost seemed like i should not have been there, despite paying a premium to be there.

the location is close to 5th avenue, saks light show, st patrick's, rockefeller center, and radio city music hall. it was convenient for seeing christmas celebrations in midtown.

faulty refrigerator missing amenities
The room I got initially was not the king suite I reserved. The replacement room had no wash cloths or hand soap. The refrigerator failed only 24 hours into my stay ruining the food I had bought. (This was quite annoying.)

art deco decor heated floors helpful staff
Elias anticipated our needs, great. the art deco decor was elegant. heated bathroom floors were a bonus, i really liked them! the entire staff made it an amazing weekend. I look forward to my next visit.

i only had breakfast and it was delicious. as an aussie, having tea in a mug was most welcome, not a tiny teacup. the bartender made fantastic espresso martinis!!!

The gym featured updated equipment. I saw multiple treadmills. the room had a kitchenette with useful appliances. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well.

spacious and convenient stay
amazing space friendly staff
I was happy with the space i had. it included a whole kitchenette area and a walk-in closet. hanging all my clothes up to preserve ironing was finally possible. This made my life easier! the desk staff was friendly and helpful, offering an early check-in.
the room lacked a number, though it was connected to two queen beds. i booked a single queen bed room! plus, the cleaning lady and a male companion were quite noisy in another room early in the morning.

the room was spacious and well-equipped. it had comfortable beds! the pillows allowed a great night's sleep, and the hotel has a pillow program. the rooms are recently renovated, and the king-size bed had a thin duvet.

the location provided easy access to various points of interest. grand central was close by. subway lines were nearby making it very easy to get around. the hotel is near many restaurants to take a team.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. They were happy to help when asked. the employees were very friendly. a manager was professional and nice and helped me with checkout. staff are very very friendly with kids.

king suite comfortable sofa chic design weak pressure mode change missing attendant
the king suite was spacious. the pull out sofa was comfortable for my nephew. design updates looked chic.
the water pressure wasn't great! the thermostat didn't allow mode changes, the coldest it went to was 68. the front desk attendant was nowhere to be found when i left.
