I appreciated the helpful staff. They quickly directed me to a suitable parking garage for my truck, a definite plus. they also promptly took my luggage from my vehicle right to my room. the hotel restaurant served really good food, and i enjoyed the lively jazz bar.
the shower water took some time to get warm, about five minutes or so.

the staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with luggage and directions. the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. they also helped arrange transportation to the airport with a car seat. yamirah, the concierge, was particularly witty and efficient.

the location is very convenient, near a park, this meant that several main attractions were within easy walking distance. i also found it a safe area to walk around in, even late at night, reassuring. nearby parking garages accommodated larger vehicles.

The room felt spacious, clean, and up to date, important factors for me. the bathroom was well kept with modern fixtures. the crisp white cotton sheets and fresh, puffed up pillows added to the comfort. The bed was great.

The rooftop bar offered great views. It is a must-visit spot. there is also a quality jazz room on the lower level, a nice option for evening entertainment.
