i found the location quite convenient near the world trade center and the westfield shopping center. the staff was friendly and helpful plus the level 6 bar provided a nice spot to relax. subway entries nearby made traveling uptown easy. the friendly staff was available to answer my questions

the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. i could hear street noise clearly. this disrupted my sleep.

the location was pretty good for getting around the city easily enough.

the room was smaller than expected and quite stuffy the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep up i had to request it be looked at twice and it never quite felt right i also found the lack of basic amenities like water in the room odd.

a lovely downtown stay

lovely loungeexcellent foodfriendly staff

the 6th floor lounge was good, i especially appreciated the balcony it had. the food available was also quite excellent. i found the modern aesthetic charming and staff displayed kindness . it was easy to reach the 9/11 memorial and one world trade center too.

I did find that the rooms lacked certain design elements. They looked a bit too corporate for my tastes.

the location was great near major subway lines. i found i could control the temperature with the room's heat and ac function. the staff were friendly and helpful when i had questions. the hotel was well kept (everything looked polished) and cleaned daily.

the elevators took a while, so i had to wait longer sometimes.
