the room was smaller THAN expected. the climate control was INEFFECTIVE. i found THE lack of a kettle annoying. the STAFF seemed somewhat indifferent TO requests.

the hotel looks like a cinema, it is really fun. i got a free cocktail voucher, that was a super nice touch! the hotel offers movie nights every night, and i really liked those movie classics.
the cleanliness of the room was not ideal. my towels had someone else's hair on them sometimes. the staff needs to improve the cleanliness.

the breakfast buffet had many options and tasted delicious, i liked it. staff will make you a latte, cappuccino, etc. which is a very nice touch. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

the hotel is located on a main pedestrian street with many dining and shopping options. the hotel is near the westbahnhof and public transport, this is really convenient. a tram stop is very close to the hotel.

the hotel has a beautiful roof terrace. if you're a guitarist, the hotel has guitars you can play, very unique. self check-in and out is available with help if needed, it is very efficient.

the location allows quick access to public transport. the staff seemed helpful . i liked the hotel bar with the cinema room, a great place to relax after a long day. the bed was comfortable, i slept very well.
my towels had hair, it was not pleasant. the cleanliness must be better. this should improve the stay of any guest.
