the location was acceptable with access to public transport and shops nearby
the entrance felt unsafe at night i had to walk through a dark parking lot the temperature controls did not work the staff refused to turn on the heating even when it was cold outside

the hotel is located near a metro station and close to the city center. the apartment was spacious and very clean. i received a free drink for each day i declined cleaning. the staff were helpful and authentically polite. it was quite convenient, i loved that.
my room faced interior courtyards. they were parking exits. it was noticeable.

fantastic location and service!

i loved the location the subway station is right there it made getting around super easy. the room i had was so spacious it seemed like a little apartment. the staff especially samira and michael were supportive and friendly they really were really nice too help.
the entrance lane felt a bit dark i think better lighting could really improve the approach at night it could feel a bit safer.
