wonderful experience!!!
helpful staff great room convenient location
the staff assisted with our bags, a great help. the room i got was much better than i expected, particularly the balcony. the location offers convenient access to hagia sophia, the blue mosque, and arasta bazaar.
the heating in the bathroom did not work so it was generally cold.

turkish delights helpful staff
The staff was amazing. They offered coffee, tea and Turkish delights. They provided all the information regarding areas, the tram, and the metro.. special thanks to Mr Anil, Mr Ramzan, and all the staff. The room and area were nice.

Some Issues During My Stay
strange smell missing items
The room smelled slightly strange. I think it was a bit like a pet store. I only brought a few skincare items for my short stay. I had four capsules in the room when I left in the morning. When I returned in the evening, there were only two left. It wasn't a HUGE loss, but still noticeable.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location
helpful staff was great quick assistance
The staff members were very helpful. Ahmed ensured my expectations were exceeded. When I had difficulties with the main door access, the hotel staff assisted me quickly (within a minute of messaging). I greatly appreciated this responsiveness and efficiency.
The lack of sound insulation made for a less restful environment.

The rooms include amenities for preparing drinks and snacks and rooms offer a view of the Blue Mosque. The apartment in Block B features a kitchen, a lounge with a single bedroom, and a double bedroom, providing ample space.

Acceptable but Problematic
inoperative heating system missing dryer
The room I received did not match my expectations. The central heating system was INOPERATIVE (despite staff efforts). The bathroom lacked a sink. a dryer was listed among the amenities, but it was not available. I was grateful for the air conditioning because it warmed the cold room. Otherwise, I would have checked out earlier.
