The tennis court was great. The kids burned off some energy.
The room service food was COLD and not enjoyable. The bathroom door was dirty with hand marks. Part of the shower screen was missing and the toilet flush button was broken.

The staff were cute and helpful. nearby restaurants were great. A lovely outlook and views were available.
the room had an odd smell and a noise of live music came from a restaurant nearby. i was told to call the venue myself to find out when the noise would stop.

comfortable bed swimming pool beautiful grounds
The bed in the King Room Garden View was comfortable. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The grounds are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and professional. I found everything very lovely.
The door handles for the outside entry were unkept and falling apart.

perfect cleanliness amazing comfort poolside bonus
The room was impeccably clean. the bed provided amazing comfort. I slept soundly each night. i also enjoyed the upgrade to the poolside, a unexpected bonus.
i found the air conditioning unit to be quite noisy. it disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

the superior king room offered plenty of space. the heated pool provided great views of the estuary.
i didn't care for the parking charge, considering the location isn't close to public transport.
