The staff accommodated my early arrival after an overnight train. I got into my room early. This allowed me to freshen up before the day. The room offered a nice view. The hotel's location near the station helped me explore the city. (i didn't have to take a taxi!)

The cleaning staff was great. They were very thorough and respectful of my belongings. They returned everything to its place. The shower products had a lovely natural scent. I also found the hairdryer quite good and easy to use. The bed was a bit firm, which I liked, and the pillows were bouncy with spares available.
I noticed the process to access the rooms involved multiple steps.

The location offers easy access to shops and restaurants, only a few minutes away. I found the room very clean with a lovely bathroom. The shower was excellent, offering both power and rainfall settings (i enjoyed it).
I experienced a delay at check-in. The receptionist took several calls while I waited. This caused a significant wait time. the staff should focus on guests in front of them.
