fantastic stay with great service
cute stafffriendly servicevaried foodreally good service
the staff was cute. they were friendly from arrival until departure. there was always something on offer to eat. we loved the time spent. the cleaners to bar staff and kitchen staff were amazing. the service was really good (i mean it!).
i found the noise in the dining room a bit much. baby buggies sometimes bumped into the backs of chairs during meals. also, the piano music got a little repetitive after a couple of days.

the hotel offers multiple pools with dedicated children areas. the gym features modern equipment, including treadmills and weight machines. i saw several well-kept tennis courts and a mini-golf course available for guest use.

The cleanliness was a problem. I found hair in several places. the shower was not draining properly, so water pooled easily. also, the minibar was never refilled (i only wanted water).

The gym had good equipment. it includes treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the spa facilities relaxing. i especially liked the turkish baths. the heated floor was very cozy. the mini-bar was a nice touch to the room. It had drinks.
the rooms were a bit dated. it needs a fresher look.

I really appreciated the upgrade to a sea view room on a high floor. It was in room 1801! The room was clean, and I found the food to be amazing. I especially enjoyed the Italian Ala Carte. Muhammed, Hasan, and Sinan şef provided excellent, friendly, and respectful service there.
The hotel was NOISY. I could not find quiet areas without music.

The staff provided 100% effort to ensure guests have a good time. I found the staff to be amazing. They worked very hard to keep guests happy and occupied. This was particularly true for my youngest child, as they went the extra mile to play games.
