The staff was very friendly. the hotel seemed well maintained, cleanliness was apparent in my room. the location was convenient with services like a supermarket nearby.
The outdoor shower area was not constructed well. Water drainage was an issue. uneven flooring presented a slip and fall risk. the room itself needed more lighting, it felt dimly lit. the surrounding streets lacked sufficient lighting at night. i found this problematic.

i enjoyed the central location close to restaurants. the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. i liked the quiet pool area and the beautiful sea views from the hotel. the breakfast tasted so yummy every morning.
the water pressure in the shower felt low sometimes, and the temperature varied a little bit.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and restaurant area. It was also close to Bingin Beach. I found the staff great. They were the best I experienced in Bali. They were friendly and spoke English well. I got help with printing documents for travel.
The room was very small considering I booked the ocean view. I thought the ocean view was not clean because there is a big roof in front. Guests smoked in the general area outside the room. I did not think this should be allowed because the smoke easily entered our room under the door. The showerhead did not work properly.
