amazing balinese experience!
helpful staffmaintained poolneeded refurbishment
the staff was amazing and helpful (especially gede, who arranged a fantastic tour!). the pool area was cozy and well maintained, a perfect place to relax. i also appreciated the beautiful and relaxed beach club. everything was just great!
the hotel needs some refurbishment. the breakfast could have more additions. i also noticed a lack of entertainment options within the resort itself. hopefully, these issues are soon resolved.

The breakfast had a good variety of options. I found something new to try each morning. there were diverse options available, from local delicacies to more familiar western choices. the staff ensured everything was fresh and well-stocked.

the gym had a good range of equipment (i saw treadmills, weights, and stationary bikes). the pool was clean and inviting, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. the gardens were beautifully landscaped with tropical plants.

the staff were friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the shuttle service to the beach club was convenient and reliable. i especially appreciated the prompt response to any requests.

the rooms were spacious. the pool was good for swimming. the hotel provided free transport to the hotel's beach.
the hotel had insufficient staff. it led to poor service. drink options were minimal. breakfast had a strict cut-off time. the kitchen closed early even when dinner service was supposed to be available. the hotel only provided two small bottles of water in the room, and i was told to purchase more.
