amazing stay
friendly staff quick check-in tasty breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful right from the car park a lovely portuguese gentleman greeted us and later served us in the bar check-in was quick the room was ready and the bar staff looked after us well before dinner the next morning our breakfast arrived on time hot and tasty what a treat!
the aperol spritz seemed a bit too heavy on the soda for the price it was a minor thing though

the room was spotlessly clean with a great selection of tea coffee shower gels soaps and lovely white fluffy towels the bed was super comfortable with great pillows and duvet making for a restful sleep

the hotel has lovely seating areas with quirky decor i really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel there is also a downstairs bar that is really nice for cocktails too so you can relax

we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and the waitresses were really lovely and friendly the breakfast which we ordered to have in our room was bang on time and really hot and tasty such a great experience

Decent Hotel Experience

The location RIGHT on the marina was fantastic. Plenty of eateries were nearby, VERY convenient. My room had a comfy sofa. I found plenty of tea and coffee for my three-night stay.
My room was too hot, even after I turned the radiator off. I did not want the window open due to the passing noise. The shower water would turn cold after a few minutes.

I am frustrated. The minibar was EMPTY upon arrival. I mean, what kind of hotel doesn't stock the minibar? That was not what I paid for, certainly.

The room was lovely. breakfast was very nice. i got help from the staff. They were friendly. i felt comfortable in this room with a harbour view.

The hotel is directly on the waterfront. The setting is great. there are nearby restaurants and shops. it is a very easy walk to the town center. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

A Mixed Experience. Some Issues Noted
tired room poor lighting
The room looked somewhat worn. The bathroom could use improvements. Some of the shower lighting was non-functional. It was a noticeable issue. The included breakfast proved disappointing considering the price. The limited portions did not justify the cost.

marina views cotton bedding warm room easy check-in
I found the room warm and inviting. i enjoyed the egyptian cotton bedding. It felt very luxurious. the balcony provided wonderful marina views. the check-in process was simple and efficient.
service for drinks was a little slow. it took a while to get someone's attention, although the place was very quiet.
