lovely birthday surprise

The room was big. the bathroom was nice. It included a lot of mirrors. i celebrated a birthday, so the hotel delivered a bottle of champagne and some cakes to my room. it was a very pleasant surprise. the food at the hotel was also delicious.
the carpet was soaking wet upon arrival in my room. the coffee machine was also broken. i informed staff on both occasions, but nothing changed .

the hotel restaurant offers a variety of options. the breakfast buffet features both hot and cold dishes. i enjoyed fresh pastries and a selection of local cheeses plus the coffee was strong, what i liked.

my beautiful double room included a king-size bed with premium linens. the room also featured a seating area and a work desk, quite practical for my needs. the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

The TV had streaming capabilities, a real bonus. I easily streamed my favorite shows on the big screen. The room featured a coffee machine, perfect for starting my mornings. I appreciated the modern design. It had such elegance.
The gym had limited hours and closed earlier than I expected, slightly inconvenient.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The room was clean and spacious. It featured a glass window to the bathroom, so confirm privacy preferences. The hotel offered convenient parking and a nice, affordable bar. The apartment was larger than standard rooms in other hotels.
The first room allocated had a large chunk of concrete missing from the shower floor. After some negotiation, I got a suitable replacement room.

The location is on a quiet block near multiple local restaurants. Several U-Bahn stations are within a short walk, offering easy access to the city. This makes it very convenient for exploring.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

I traveled with family including a young child and two adult children. Our family room was extraordinary because it had a separate sleeping area! It was very nice to rewind after a day exploring. The rest of the family enjoyed the pool and sauna after walking around. I liked the proximity to Ku'Damm.
The steam room in the spa was not working properly .

The front desk staff was multi-lingual and helpful. They answered all my questions! The staff quickly provided extra towels after I requested them. I observed everyone working with a smile. That was pleasant.

The room setup was good and larger than expected. There was perfect cleaning daily. I enjoyed a quiet location facing the backyard, located on the second floor. A coffee machine was also in the room.

The hotel features a gym on the 7th floor! It was nice to see a view from up there. The pool provides a relaxing experience. Plenty of towels were available at the spa area.

The hotel is two minutes from a subway station! It is easy to get around. The hotel is a short walk from Kurfurstendamm. I could not hear any street noise from my room.
