friendly staff clean rooms hotel security beach chairs
the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were kept clean and were adequately spacious. security personnel were present around the hotel. i appreciated the availability of beach chairs.
the hot water took a while to heat up. if you want to have a hot shower, you will be waiting a while

the staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness, promptly addressing requests. yasser and amr the manager, were particularly helpful. they assisted with all my needs and were always available to help.

the hotel's location offers convenient access to sports amenities and landscaped walking areas. room variety is a plus and i liked the food options very much. the beach was well kept and clean and the pool was also nice.
the water took a while to heat up in the shower. it meant waiting a while if i wanted a hot shower.
