the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were kept clean and were adequately spacious. security personnel were present around the hotel. i appreciated the availability of beach chairs.
the hot water took a while to heat up. if you want to have a hot shower, you will be waiting a while

the hotel's location offers convenient access to sports amenities and landscaped walking areas. room variety is a plus and i liked the food options very much. the beach was well-kept and clean and the pool was also nice.
the water took a while to heat up in the shower. it meant waiting a while if i wanted a hot shower.
