the room was spotlessly clean. the comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep. i found the staff friendly to my needs.. the location was also very convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i wished for a greater variety of choices available.

the staff were very friendly at check-in i found that super helpful. the location is great for getting to olympia it's only a short walk. the room was also very clean and everything felt quite new.
the room i was in was quite small i think. i could also hear noise from the hallway sometimes that was annoying. the breakfast area seemed minimalist too so i skipped it.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely helpful. Sandra showed me two room options. check-in and check-out processes are efficient (i really appreciated the ease). the hotel also provides luggage storage, quite helpful if you have a later departure. the location near the elizabeth line is also convenient.
the room i stayed in felt terribly hot for two days and nights. despite contacting reception multiple times, the issue persisted. i was told the hotel was fully booked, so relocating was not possible. this impacted my rest before a race.

i stayed for some nights. the reception was friendly and efficient. i had the option to leave my luggage before check-in. the whole hotel appear clean and well-kept. the staff was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. the lady at the front desk brought extra tea bags to the room when i asked. the room was comfortable and breakfast was good.
the room felt a little small with some luggage. i did not spend too much time in the room, so it worked. i think larger rooms would be an advantage for longer stays.

the location was convenient as it was near the underground station. the staff members were very nice. they gave my room one hour early because i arrived early. the room was very clean and the towels were changed daily when the room was cleaned.
the room was a bit small so i felt cramped with my suitcases. i did not spend a lot of time in my room. i guess it was still okay. i should have booked a larger room.
