a charming experience!
friendly staff perfect location amazing breakfast
the staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. the location was perfect for exploring. I found so many shops and restaurants within a short walk. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the lighting in the room could have been a little brighter for reading in the evening.

The staff provided really good service. They were fluent in english. they were always available to assist with requests and offer helpful recommendations for local attractions. i felt very welcomed and cared for during my entire stay.

the hotel had a great central location near shops and restaurants. it was easy to walk to many of the city's main attractions. a beautiful park was also nearby, a perfect spot for a morning walk.

the pool area had a serene atmosphere and was perfect for relaxation. i saw that it was cleaned every morning. there was good wifi signal throughout the hotel, very useful.

dark room limited breakfast selection
The room felt a bit like a cave. I mean, spacious, sure, but sunlight seemed like a distant memory. also, the breakfast buffet.. it was fine, i guess, if you're into sad-looking pastries. the selection felt really limited and i ended up just eating fruit. honestly, i expected more than self-service pod coffee from a place like this.

fresh fruit friendly staff central location
the breakfast included freshly cut fruit presented beautifully. the housekeeping staff spoke english. the location was central to sites like the arab baths and the cathedral.
the room had no drinking glasses (i had to use coffee mugs).
