The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions! The staff were also very friendly upon arrival. My room was surprisingly large.
The sound proofing was basic. I was awake as soon as housekeeping started their work in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was barely existent. The finishes within the rooms were subpar. The carpets were worn.

the location worked well for me! chinatown and clarke quay were an easy walk. public transport was also very accessible. the room size was good, though the bed was comfortable.
the aircon didn't work and the room was boiling. i had to ask for help because i couldn't sleep and the service was average, though i felt blamed for the broken aircon.

The location is amazing. A bus stop sits right outside! public transport is also conveniently nearby. i was happy to see a water filter provided. It really added to the experience.
the room lacked a window, and i did not receive clear payment and deposit instructions at reception, though this did not overshadow the stay!
