charming stay
quality food warm greeting amazing cocktails
the breakfast venue featured a vast array of high-quality food. aroldo greeted us warmly with a smile. the food and cocktails at tereze were amazing and i spent time at the pool.
the room could have been better insulated as noise from the hallway was audible.

aroldo provided excellent service at breakfast! thiago delivered a special treat to our room after dinner. william and the reception team were thoughtful and ensured an lovely experience.

the hotel included experiences like a walking tour! a coffee tasting also happened! there was an onsite bbq, and a sound healing experience was offered as well.

we had breakfast and dinner at tereze, and both were lovely. the foie gras torchon is awesome. the magret and gnocci are delicious, and the views from the restaurant are lovely.

mixed feelings at this hotel
limited equipment stale pastries
The gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment. the air conditioning in my room barely worked, and it was quite stuffy. also, i found a random sock under the bed. the breakfast buffet seemed a little underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the fruit selection was not varied, and the pastries seemed stale.

excellent boutique experience
freshly cooked eggs host of patisserie attentive arnoldo
i enjoyed buffet breakfast plus side orders of eggs benedict and omelette. there were many patisserie sides and iced latte too. i felt really chilled and couldn't move because i was full lol.
i found i had to ask for rooms to be cleaned.

This place is in a neighborhood far from the beach. it is in a tranquil location. good restaurants are nearby. You can walk to them.

rooms were spacious. the beds and pillows felt comfortable. i had a good night sleep. neighborhood has cobbled streets. rooms have very poor soundproofing from the hallway and outside.

the staff was super accommodating and friendly. arnoldo gave excellent service. clarissa host us lovely. the breakfast service was lovely.

the hotel has a pool and french restaurant. the bar offers a great view. the pool bar provides drinks and snacks. the spa is very good.
