soundproofing lack temperature fluctuation
the breakfast was acceptable and filling.
the lack of soundproofing was frustrating guests in other rooms were audible late into the night i had difficulties sleeping properly plus the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly it made showering UNCOMFORTABLE.

the breakfast had fresh products daily, i really enjoyed the selection. the owners gave good advice about local places, very helpful they were. i found off road parking available, very convenient.
my room was a little noisy at night i thought.

the breakfast each day was excellent. the food was freshly cooked. there was a wide variety of delicious options. the hosts were lovely. they were helpful.
the room was a bit tight for us. we had two dogs. it was a bit noisy at night. everything else was fine.

wow what a stay!
great location comfortable bed fantastic host delicious option
The location was super great for exploring fife and edinburgh! the rooms had everything i needed. the beds felt really comfortable. Janette and cham were fantastic hosts. breakfast choices included delicious options. the accommodations provided a great base for sightseeing around the area!
the room did feel a bit small for my needs, i must say.

Parking is available onsite and is free. There is also complimentary wifi available throughout the building! this really helped with planning day trips and keeping in touch.

The rooms had tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits included. The bathroom offered a great shower too! the rooms were warm. This ensured a comfortable night's sleep during the colder months.

the hotel is situated near a beautiful coastal path! several restaurants and walking areas are nearby. i found it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot with such a great location.

lovely breakfast helpful advice room tightness tea selection
The location was excellent and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. I received helpful advice from them regarding local attractions.
The room was a bit tight for us, the noise at night bothered us. I think, lighter sleepers should carry earplugs. I missed having a wider selection of teas available in the room.
