small bathroomdirty tiles
the room was not soundproof at all. the bathroom was small and included a shower inside the tub so you had to climb over to get in. i also noticed the bathroom tiles were dirty. it was like the entire room needed a serious refresh, it wasn't very inviting

I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff members were very helpful, always ready to assist with any requests i had! my room was spacious and clean. It offered a comfortable retreat after exploring. the breakfast selection impressed me with fresh, high-quality options.
i waited longer than expected at times.

Excellent Central Hotel

I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival the concierge helped me secure dinner reservations. I found private water taxis available directly in front of the building the location is very convenient. The hotel arranged a trip to see the glass blowing artisans on Murano.
The hotel infrastructure felt a bit dated I noticed some minor wear and tear in common areas.

The junior suite included acqua di parma amenities housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned twice daily. The venetian style room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable the bathroom had a rainfall shower.
