the staff was helpful, though the hotel is in a good spot.
the room was small and it lacked proper heating. i was cold, and others were also wearing coats during breakfast. this felt unacceptable for the price.

exposed duvetfaulty charger
the duvet on the bed wasn't in enclosed sheets, which i found a bit gross since it was exposed. who knows how many other people had touched it? also, the charger on one side of the bed didn't work. talk about inconvenient.

Excellent Stay at Canal-Side Location

I appreciated the central location, a short walk from the Rialto vaporetto stop. The hotel featured plenty of seating in its public areas. The coffee pod machine in the room was very good. I liked the dressing area arrangement.
I found the reception staff a little unfriendly, but maybe that's just Italians? The duvet on the bed was not in enclosed sheets, ie the duvet itself was exposed, so how many other people had it touched?!! Charger on one side of the bed didn't work. Rooms were really small.

The daily buffet featured delicious fresh juices, alongside eggs and other desired items. The variety was bountiful. The dining area offered ample space. I found it very convenient.

The rooftop bar provided a good experience after a long day. The hotel arranged our water taxi from the airport, a real treat! The hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to the main sites and gondola service.
