the breakfast had great variety room service was simple to order. the check-in process was easy and luggage storage was available.
the pillows were really flat the bathroom door did not close properly. the pool got overcrowded since non-hotel guests were allowed access.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The room was spacious (I got the Double Room Lake View), and the view of the lake was fine. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, especially I loved the scrambled eggs done live by the chef. The pool facilities were a nice bonus. It's a large indoor pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day.
The daily room service was not always consistent. Sometimes, the replenishment of toiletries was missed, which I found slightly inconvenient.

The hotel provides a varied breakfast buffet that includes fresh brewed coffee and live cooking stations, it ensured a good start to each day of my visit. They also offer complimentary candied fruit and mixed nuts in the room.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. They assisted with taxis and provided useful information about local transport. They are always ready to answer questions and offer assistance with a friendly attitude (I really appreciated this).

adequate stay, some drawbacks exist
poor air conditioningunexpected extra costs
the air conditioning was terrible in my room. it barely cooled the space at all. i also found the wifi connection unreliable, made working difficult. i had to pay extra for parking and check-in, unexpected. i find this annoying, as it added unexpected costs to my stay.
