disorganized dining room strange bathroom
The breakfast was quite basic. the dining room seemed disorganized and very noisy. i found a general lack of information at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have more guidance available. the bathroom situation was strange with a plastic cubicle and doors that didn't even close. overall, it felt a bit underwhelming considering the high ranking.

easy access kind officer
the location offered easy access to key attractions and a variety of restaurants nearby. i especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and the many choices available. the guest relations officer was kind and helpful. i look forward to returning in the future.

friendly staff varied selection clean room
The staff was super friendly and helpful . They offered great local tips. i really enjoyed the breakfast with its varied selection. The omelet selection was particularly good! my room was always nice and neat. The housekeeping staff paid close attention to detail.
the spa was smaller than expected, and some facilities required an extra fee.

The rooftop restaurant offers a lovely panoramic view, especially during breakfast. There were omelet and pancake options. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices, and everything tasted fresh!

My room featured a comfortable bed and a lovely design. I felt at home. the room was very clean, and the decor added to the atmosphere. It surpassed my expectations. the room included all necessary amenities.

The hotel provides a gym and a sauna. Everything i needed was available. i especially liked the rooftop terrace. It offered great views. i liked enjoying the free tea and desserts in the lobby bar between 2-4 o'clock

awkward bathroom layout high noise
the location was acceptable, it helped with getting around.
the bathroom layout was awkward. the shower door also served as the toilet door, it offered little privacy when someone use the shower. the noise levels were high, it disrupted sleep quality.

rooftop restaurant very nice staff new food plastic cubicle bathroom situation
i enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with its very nice staff. the breakfast was also quite good with new food options daily i appreciate guest relations helping with every detail.
the room i had was not quite as expected the bathroom situation was strange with a plastic cubicle. the doors also did not close properly i felt it was a bit underwhelming overall.
