The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was very helpful. i found the room to be very clean and well kept. The available tea and coffee selection exceeded my expectations. the hotel location is perfect for exploring the seafront. It allows for easy access to local attractions.
The hotel parking lot felt cramped, and maneuvering my car into a space proved difficult. the limited space and tight arrangement caused some anxiety about potential vehicle damage. The hotel should consider expanding or optimizing the parking layout.

a mixed experience

The room had two single beds pushed together. They separated during the night. our window faced some electric boxes for extractor fans. those fans ran all night. It kept us awake. the view resembled a council estate. It was not the beach front view i expected.

I found the receptionist so happy, helpful, and lovely. She made my arrival smooth. the room was very clean, had everything i needed, and was in an excellent location near the pier. the bed felt comfortable. I appreciated how clean and well kept everything was.
Upon my arrival, the allocated room differed from my reservation. the elevators were too small, inconvenient. i hoped for a smoother check-in process.

The room included modern lighting and fittings. The bathroom featured a nice shower and a heated towel rail, lovely after a day at the beach. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, along with ample mirrors and electrical sockets. I appreciated that. i also liked the provided tea and coffee. It was very useful.
The allocated parking space at the rear felt very tight. It made me worry about potential damage to my car. The sign stating the hotel's lack of responsibility for car damage did not reassure me
