wonderful stay
fantastic showergreat menuenergetic staff
the shower and bathroom were fantastic. i liked the great diner menu. breakfast was lovely and i could get a latte. staff were energetic and kind, i appreciated their help.
noise from the restaurant extractor was next to my window, but it got switched off after 10.00pm.

staff were friendly and talkative. i appreciated that they were helpful and knowledgeable. they always had a smile. the manager allowed late arrival, i was grateful for that.

The room was spacious. Its décor was lovely. I appreciated the place provided to store bikes overnight. The staff members were very friendly. The room was comfortable and quite clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted delicious. Staff were helpful. The pub downstairs served food and good beers.
The shower leaked from the handset. It did not stay on the rail properly. I believe a washer was missing.

The breakfast service offered many selections, and the preparation was great. Gluten-free needs were easily accommodated with several choices. I found the evening meal selections diverse and appealing, too.

The room's size was good, and it was well away from the bar. I noticed it looked freshly painted. The bed was comfy, and two easy chairs were also included. Tea and biscuit facilities were very welcome.

I found the location to be quite good. Views from the windows were nice. The general atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel had a central position.

i must say, the bed was not great. the mattress felt really worn, and it. for what i paid, i had expected a better quality room. also, the food wasn't anything special, just the usual run of the mill.
