friendly staff wide selection delicious breakfast old room uncomfortable bed outdated facilities
The staff were very friendly, and i appreciate mrs paula, she was helpful. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. I found a wide selection of products. the coffee are fantastic!
the room was old, the facilities need updating. the bed were not the most comfortable. the pillow was also uncomfortable.

comfortable robes excellent location fast elevators
The hotel's location is excellent. It is near many attractions and the Stadtpark. The robes were very comfortable. Elevators operated quickly despite the hotel's size.
The shower was only the manual type, requiring height adjustment.

amazing stay!
convenient location attentive staff good isolation
I really enjoyed my time here. the location was super convenient, near everything i wanted to see. the staff at the front desk were always ready to help, very attentive! the sound isolation was effective. I did not hear any outside noise.
The gym's equipment felt a little outdated. Some machines could use an update.

the reception was very efficient and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. the staff provided excellent service during check-in and throughout the stay, always smiling. they also arranged a taxi for me.

the hotel has convenient elevators that were always readily available, meaning no long waits. the gym offered a decent selection of equipment for a good workout. i found the hotel to be very close to the historical center.
