early closure no lounge
The ski room facilities worked as expected. It offered convenient storage for equipment.
The bar was not the relaxing space I anticipated. It was frequently used as a dining area. There was no comfortable lounge area to relax, and the outside seating closed early (around 5 PM) with the heaters turned off.

small wellness area forgotten room service
The wellness area was small , and it lacked proper ventilation. It was too hot , and there were few relaxation rooms. Room service was skipped entirely on my final day , as I found no fresh towels and unmade beds. Breakfast and dinner showed limited variety , offering soups and desserts that lacked flavour.
