the rooms were spacious and the shower was excellent.

i was disappointed that there was no 24-hour room service. there was also no in-house laundry service, requiring the use of an external provider. this felt substandard for a so-called five-star hotel (i really thought it would be better).

the staff was very friendly and helpful i really appreciated their attentiveness. i used the shuttle service multiple times and found it very convenient for getting around. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning there was a nice variety of options.

the gym had limited hours it closed at 10 pm which was inconvenient for late workouts

the hotel provides a free shuttle to various locations that was very useful as the immediate area does not have much within walking distance taxis are readily available at the hotel entrance too.

the pool was clean and beautiful, my children enjoyed it very much. the room was huge for us, two adults and two children. the bathtub in the toilet was a plus for us as my kids love it.

I traveled with my daughter. i went to withdraw money at the airport and accidentally left my card at the atm. the manager and the staff refused all the suggestions that i made. They insisted that i produce the card.
